New Jersey Advertising Program
In New Jersey, Sky High Energy has recently implemented a new and exciting program which allows homeowners to save money by going solar with their neighboors. Currently, we have over 15 communities that qualify for the community discounts with ten Advertising Directors in charge of finding homes that stand out in their communities.
Sky High Energy spends thousands of dollars installing solar all over NJ. By having several homes going solar together we are able to order product in bulk to save money which will then be passed on to you. This community program wouldn't be possible if it was not for the rebates & Tax Credits offered by PSE&G, the State of New Jersey, and the Federal Government. These rebates and tax credits combined with Sky High Energy compensation, your system can be $0 out of pocket (OAC) Please click the links below for more information on how the program works.
Through the SREC Loan program, PSE&G will buy your SREC's
for the following 10 years at current market value and give you all of that money up front to reduce roughly 50% of your total investment, which in turn is signed over to Sky High Energy to reduce your upfront investment.
SHE SREC:
Sky High Energy will give you upfront money by buying your SREC's for the final 5 years after your PSE&G Solar Loan reducing your investment to go solar.
There is a 30% Federal Income tax credit associated with going solar. With a credit of 30% we will finance the amount for 1 year no interest, no payments, same as cash through EnerBank USA. To bridge the gap from now until your next tax filing, after which you apply the tax credit to settle the loan amount. (Please consult with a tax professional)
